How would you explain what you do to someone outside of Web3?
As a professional who works in Web3, my job is to find and create new ways to use blockchain, cryptocurrency, and other new technologies to make people’s lives better in different ways. In simpler terms, I work to find new and exciting ways to use technology to make things better and more efficient.
This can include anything from creating new digital assets to developing decentralized applications to investing in promising new projects that have the potential to drive meaningful change. Ultimately, my goal is to help people better understand the potential of Web3 and to use my skills and experience to contribute to its growth and development.
Well, if I am going to explain it to a 5-year-old kid here’s what I am going to say: “I help people use the internet in a special way to create new things that can be really fun and exciting, like virtual worlds where we can play games and meet new friends.
It’s kind of like using your imagination to make new things, but with the help of the internet. Imagine that all these different things you like to play with or watch on TV, like games, movies, and videos, can be created and played with using a special world that exists only on the internet. And my job is to help make sure that people can use this world and play with all these things safely and easily.”
