Emman Navalan is one of the co-founder of Tetrix a web3 company that aims to bridge the gap among all blockchain project.
What were you doing before Web3?
How did you get into Web3?
It started around 2015-2016, that i read about bitcoin and saw that this technology would open doors to many.
What was your first crypto or NFT project?
Crypto project Tetrix, first Crypto – BTC, First NFT – just some random degen art.
How would you explain what you do to someone outside of Web3?
I just tell them that this is the way forward in everything that we do, where it is more collaborative, positive and that everyone and anyone can utilize to their advantage. More than just a technology or cryptocurrency, web3 is a lifestyle.
Which creator or thought leader do you enjoy learning from?
A LOT as I love technology, but as i progress in the space I do enjoy learning from the people around me, about doors that opened, about how they endure everything that web3 aims to solve.
What is the biggest highlight of your career so far?
Co-founding Tetrix and having the ability to connect to many individuals like me who are buidling in the space.
What tech or crypto trend are you watching this year?
Mostly infra projects and social dapps.
What advice would you give someone starting out in Web3?
Understand the basics and find where you want to go. Meet and connect with different people and most especially stay humble.
If you could do a TED talk on any topic, what would it be?
I would say how web3 can be used to secure our identity and the use of our personal information. Data is King in the modern world.
What is the one thing you would bring if you were stuck on a deserted Island?
Internet access haha!
