Pertseva is a one of the amazing discord moderators at World of Women NFT. Besides that she is also a mom, an active community member, and an artist of Web3.

 What were you doing before Web3?

Before I entered Web3 I used to manage a bar and went to university to become a banker lol

 How did you get into Web3?

By chance, I saw an Instagram livestream about NFT and decided to try my hand at it. The community turned out to be quite friendly and it really won me over

 What was your first crypto or NFT project?

 How would you explain what you do to someone outside of Web3?

Buying pictures online and having fun.

 Which creator or thought leader do you enjoy learning from?

There are so many people in this space from whom you can learn something new, so I don’t want to single out anyone in particular. That’s why I love the Web3, it’s a lot of opportunities.

 What is the biggest highlight of your career so far?

People! A person needs a person and I’m glad to have such a talented and incredible environment around me right now.

 What tech or crypto trend are you watching this year?

Solidity, play to earn, AI.

 What advice would you give someone starting out in Web3?

Mental health comes first! The Web3 community can be harsh and sometimes excessive, don’t forget who you are and that your inner self should always be more important.

 If you could do a TED talk on any topic, what would it be?

Motherhood and Career. How to manage everything and not go crazy.

 What is the one thing you would bring if you were stuck on a deserted Island?

Courage.
