Esports and Web3 Firm Ampverse Expands Into the Philippines
Esports and web3 firm Ampverse will be investing in the Philippines. The main focus of this investment is to boost commerce, esports, and web 3.
“As the gaming scene in the Philippines continuously flourishes, I have a mission to grow the Filipino gaming ecosystem to achieve the level of a world-class status.” Ferdinand Gutierrez, the CEO of Ampverse, said.
As the development keeps on going, Ampverse also signed with a Mobile Legends esport team full of amateur players, which plays under the brand Minana. Aside from that, Julius “Banoobs” Mariano has been appointed to be the Regional Expansion Manager, who worked in the past for Twitch as the Country Manager Philippines. Banoons has also gained around 100,000 social media followers for being a well-known gaming executive and personality.
Southeast Asian eSports and web3 company Ampverse has announced its expansion into the Philippines.
Ampverse has signed a local amateur Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) team to compete under the newly-formed Minana brand.
