Shill Water is a Filipino NFT artist. He is a self-taught traditional and digital artist from a small town called Agno in Pangasinan, Philippines. Apart from his goal of attaining global recognition for his work, he uses NFTs to encourage ownership and participation in advancing technology. He is known to use colorful fluid-like textures in my work as he believes fluidity can either be extremely difficult or extremely easy but fun nonetheless to capture. I just go with the flow and wherever my imagination takes me.
