Bitskwela collaborates with PH’s leading e-wallet, Gcash, to host their next Bull or Bear in Cebu City.
The event will feature significant Web3 experts who will battle it out for wits to determine which viewpoints correlate best with the current conditions of Web3’s evolving ecosystem.
In addition, this event also supports Bitskwela’s intent to provide Filipinos with logical and factual insights about Web3.
WHY PICK CEBU AS THE VENUE FOR THIS SESSION’S BULL OR BEAR?
Bitskwela wants to apply its idea of holding its events nationwide instead of only in Manila.
So to fulfill this, Bitskwela marks Cebu City as its next destination for fulfilling its plan after La Union, given that it’s one of the leading progressive cities outside of Manila regarding Web3 development.

The overall Bull or Bear: Philippine Web3 Debate comprises three parts; two side events leading up to the main event.
These are as follows:
- Side Event 1: It will be an online debate through Bitskwela’s Bull or Bear Twitter space, which will happen on June 9, 2023.
- Side Event 2: This time, the debate will be in a face-to-face format in NCR Manila on June 16, 2023.
Once these side events are adjourned, the long-awaited main event will then begin. Details include:
- Main Event: The grand debate will take place in Cebu City on July 15, 2023. The specific venue, date and time are yet to be announced.
